Primary Objective:
To determine the efficacy of technology-enabled nutrition education in influencing healthier snack choices among children. This study will examine how targeted nutrition education impacts snack choices in children aged 8-12. The study design includes both intervention and control groups, allowing comparison between those who receive education resources and those who do not. Also, comparing those who receive nutrition education via gamified technology-enabled devices and those who do not. This study has been approved by the STEU Institutional Review Board.
